USING THE PERSONAL PROSPERISCOPE
In the Personal Prosperiscope results, you’ll have the chance to review summaries of the research findings we used to identify the factors that may be having the greatest impact on your happiness (subject to the caveats above!).
We will also give you some explanation for each response influencing your Personal Prosperiscope score.
The Personal Prosperiscope will tell you, for example, why it would predict that you might be more satisfied with your life when you are in your fifties, than you would be in your late thirties. And it will provide you with interesting and sometimes surprising or curious insights related to the question and your response -- e.g., what could explain the fact that married people tend to be more satisfied with their lives than the average person?
Regardless of how well we predict your personal prosperity, we hope you learn something interesting about this new area of research, about what characterises happy people, at least on average, and, maybe, about what could be preventing you from leading a more satisfied life.
Above all, we hope you find the Personal Prosperiscope interesting and thought-provoking.
